Celestial North Pole and Celestial Equator

The Celestial North Pole changes latitude as you go from 90 degrees North Lat. to Lat 0 the equator. When the Celestial North Pole is directly over head your at 90 degrees latitude which is the North Pole and the Celestial Equator is on the Equator.  When the Celestial North is at 60 degrees North Lat. the north pole is 30 degrees lower from the zenith and the Celestial Equator is at 30 degrees North latitude. When the Celestial North Pole is 30 degrees North Lat., the North Pole is 30 degrees above the equator and the Celestial Equator is 60 degrees North latitude. When the Celestial North Pole is at the Equator the north star is on the horizon and the Celestial Equator is directly overhead at 90 degrees North latitude.
